EXTRADITION IN THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

Abstract
The article presents scientifically proven ideas to address some of the shortcomings in the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On Extradition of persons who have committed a crime” dated 15 May 2001, under № 132-IIQ. The articles outline important problems of extradition. It also provides a comparison of similarities and differences in similar laws enacted in several countries (China, Russian Federation, Belarus, etc.) and provides scientific advice on improving certain aspects of the issue of extradition, which is very important for the regulation of political and law relations between the countries.
