ОF THE TYPES OF THREATS IN ACCORDANCE TO THEIR CONTENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of the types of threats in accordance to their content in criminal law. An analysis of the Ukrainian Criminal Code norms, which provide for responsibility for the threat, is conducted. The significance of the content of threats on their assessment of the public security is substantiated. Arguments are given with regarding the interpretation and application of criminal norms on the threat in the process of qualification of the committed crime.
