LEGAL NATURE OF EXECUTIVE PROCEEDINGS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article describes the legal nature of executive proceedings in Ukraine. it is a guarantor of the implementation of the tasks of judicial proceedings and administrative activities of authorized bodies and officials that brings the process of protecting violated or challenged human rights or freedoms to its logical conclusion – the implementation of a decision that must be a priori fair and humanistic, oriented to obtaining a positive result or in general for the society, or for a single representative of it. Also it was revealed that the concept of enforcement proceedings, formed by the legislator, is not accurate and in need of clarification.
