THE RIGHT TO LIFE AS A NATURE OF HUMAN RIGHTS: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article about the right to life as a natural human right. It is established that human right to life is a property of man as a living being and it provided for of international acts and acts of domestic legislation. The state does not pay attention to the development and improvement of legal awareness of citizens. Human life is an absolute value. Its appearance, operation and termination takes place according to the laws of nature. Considering this, author affirm the naturalness and inalienability of the right to life so it is necessary to fix this right in detail in the Constitution of Ukraine.
