RELIABILITY OF LEGAL PROCESS AS PRINCIPLE OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of concepts of the purpose and problems of criminal proceedings in the context of realization of the principle of reliability of legal process. It is established that the purposes proclaimed and fixed in a look and problems of criminal proceedings of situation have to be display of reliability of criminal procedure and find the full and effective realization in law-enforcement practice.
