THE SYSTEM OF SUBJECTS OF CONTROL OVER COMPLIANCE WITH THE LEGISLATION ON ECONOMIC COMPLETION PROTECTION

Abstract
The article describes provisions of scientific and theoretical literature on understanding the concept of subjects of control, subjects of law and legal relations. On the basis of such general theoretical developments, an own special definition of the concept of subjects of control over compliance with the legislation on the protection of economic competition is proposed and the legal features of subjects of control over compliance with the legislation on the protection of economic competition are highlighted. Then, the system of subjects of control over compliance with the legislation on the protection of economic competition is given and their competence in the field of control over observance of the legislation on economic competition protection is determined.
