FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF LEGAL REGULATION IN NUCLEAR POWER ENGINEERING

Abstract
The analysis of the development and content of normative legal acts in the field of nuclear energy is carried out. The experience of the United States, Canada, France and Sweden is considered in relation to the definition of their powers and competencies of the authorized bodies and the protection of the environment.
