Abstract
In the article, under investigation are the rules of stay and residence of the foreigners and stateless persons in the Republic of Azerbaijan, or their transit through the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where the author also makes a number of scientific suggestions for improvement of the acting domestic legislation.
