MASS FREEING WORKERS INITIATIVE OF THE EMPLOYER: INTERNATIONAL LEGAL STANDARDS

Abstract
The article deals with international legal standards in the field of legal regulation of mass layoffs by the employer. Analyzed international documents on this issue. It is concluded that in lawmaking should take into account international standards in the field of labor law.
