THE INTERNATIONAL SUPERVISION OF COMPLIANCE WITH EUROPEAN STANDARDS ACTIVITIES IN THE PROSECUTION SYSTEM

Abstract
The article investigates the legal and constitutional and international legal aspects of the system of international super- vision of compliance with European standards of prosecution. The possibilities of international monitoring and supervision of the implementation of the functions and powers of the prosecution in accordance with European legal standards. Based on the analysis systematized forms, methods and practical aspects of international supervision of prosecutors and pros- ecutors in modern European legal system. It is noted that the construction of the European model of prosecution is an important activity of the state and important aspect of the modernization of the enforcement activity in modern conditions of European integration and the implementation of the intergovernmental Ukrainian legislation to European legal standards.
