INTERNATIONAL LEGAL ACTS AS A LEGAL REGULATION OF COMMERCIAL NAMES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of international legal acts which regulate the relations concerning the use of commercial names. The theoretical positions on the subject of research and contractual practice are analysed. It has been established that international legal instruments provide for minimum standards for the legal protection of commercial names, which countries implement in national legislation.
