Abstract
In the article the complex analysis of theoretical and practical problems of the definition of the generic concept “per- sonnel support of court activity” is made. The scientific vision of the concept on the basis of its different substantive content examined. The definition of such a kind of concept as “personnel support of the court of appellate court” is given. The features of the legal status of the judge’s assistant of the appeal court as an employee of the patronage service in the vehicle of court are determined.
