PRINCIPLES OF FINANCIAL AND LEGAL PROVISION OF LOCAL SELF GOVERNMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is focused on the relevant issues of legal regulation of the activities of local self-governments on the forma- tion, distribution and use of local financial resources. The author has studied the essence of the principles of financial and legal provision of local self-government, and has expressed own arguments regarding their implementation into the activity of authorized subjects as a modern factor of ensuring financial interests of administrative and territorial units.
