RIGHTS OF THE CHILD PROTECTION IN UKRAINE AS A GENERAL AND THEORETICAL PROBLEM

Abstract
The article focuses on the necessity of knowledge of rights of the child by the national general and theoretical legal science, which did not become the subject of a comprehensive study. The law and practice of the national courts regarding the rights of the child provision are analyzed. It is concluded that the rights of the child should be the subject of a complex general and theoretical study, which will help to form a holistic and comprehensive concept of the rights of the child, which, in its turn, will allow to bring the activity on ensuring the rights of the child to a qualitatively new level and which will be based on the European provisions regarding the understanding of this social phenomenon.
