Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of definition of «institutional system of right to a safe and healthy environment in Ukraine». Author’s definition of «institutional system of realisation of right for safe and healthy environment in Ukraine» is formulated. The elements of institutional system of right to a safe and healthy environment in Ukraine are determined.
