PECULIARITIES OF THE LABOR LAW ON LEGAL REGULATION OF LABOR MEMBERS OF PRODUCTION COOPERATIVES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the question of the scope of labor legislation for the regulation of labor members of production cooperatives. The author, investigating the position of scholars, legislative support on the subject of the study, concluded that the relations in the field of labor members of production cooperatives are within the scope of labor law, but taking into account the specifics of their work.
