LEGAL OPINIONS OF CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF UKRAINE: SOME ISSUES LEGAL NATURE

Abstract
This article is devoted to problem of finding out nature of legal positions of single body of constitutional jurisdiction expressed in his acts and their place among legal system in Ukraine. Substantiated relevance of doctrinal analysis of these issues and a practical necessity and removing them from category of discussion. Researched scientific approaches and legislative provisions on determination of legal nature and place of legal positions of Constitutional Court of Ukraine. Are given features that distinguish legal position of Court of Justice of constitutional acts and other public authorities. The influence and importance of legal positions of Constitutional Court of Ukraine on political and legal relations in state and society in general, and their role in ensuring supremacy of Constitution of Ukraine.
