GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS AS A GUARANTEE OF THE RIGHTS OF THE VICTIM IN THE COURSE OF REALIZATION CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL PROOF

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the state of legal regulation of relations in the sphere of criminal procedural evidence with the participation of the victim. Attention is drawn to the need to comply with the requirements of the principles of criminal proceedings in law-making and law enforcement. Taking into account the procedural situation of the victim as an independent participant in the criminal process, proposals are made to improve the relevant legislation.
