LEGAL REGULATION OF THE RIGHT TO RESISTANCE AND THE FORM OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
The article investigates scientific approaches to the clarification of the peculiarities of the legal consolidation of the right to resistance and the forms of its implementation. In connection with this, the author analyzes various scientific approaches to this issue and views in the context of the importance of constitutional regulation of the exercise of the right to resistance as a direct form of democracy.
