THE CONCEPTUAL BASIS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF INTERNATIONAL CARRIAGE OF CARGO BY CAR TRANSPORT

Abstract
The concept and features of “international transportation” in science and legislation are analyzed. The content of the legal categories underlying the doctrinal and legal understanding of the concept of international carriage of goods by road is studied. Proposed international transportation of goods by road is understood as an agreement of service provided for by the terms of an international agreement for the carriage of goods by a licensed car carrier operating between two or more states with the use of a specially freight transport.
