IMPLEMENTATION BY PROSECUTOR OF THE REPRESENTATION FUNCTION IN THE CONTEXT OF LEGISLATIVE CHANGES

Abstract
The article analyzes the essence of the function of representation by a prosecutor of citizens’ or the State’s interests in court in the context of legislative changes, and also some challenging issues associated with the implementation of this function after adoption of amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Prosecution”, as well as procedural codes.
