PROCEDURAL LIABILITY OF PERSONS ASSISTING IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract

The article deals with the procedural responsibility of persons conducive to criminal proceedings. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the procedural responsibility of an interpreter, a witness and a perceptive one.
