CONSTITUTIONALAND LEGAL REGULATION OF THE REPRESENTATIVE FUNCTION OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the constitutional and legal regulation of the representative function of the prosecutor’s office. The necessity of amending the Constitution of Ukraine by substantiating the provision that the prosecutor exercises the representation of the public, and not the state, interests in the court is substantiated. The author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of dismissing prosecutors from paying court fees.
