REPEATED PROCEDURE OF PREPARATORY PRODUCTION IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS: SETTING A PROBLEM

Abstract
In this article analyzes the provisions of the Ukraine Criminal Procedure Code regulating the procedure and grounds for the appointment of preparatory production. The author proposes a classification of decisions on the conduct of preparatory production. The judicial practice of the appointment of repeated preparatory production during the trial and proceedings before the court of appeal is analyzed. It justifies its own point of view regarding the expediency of making decisions on the conduct of preparatory production again.
