TOURIST SERVICES: THE ESSENTIAL CHARAKTERISTICS AND SPECIFIC SIGNS

Abstract
Essence and features of interpretation of fundamental concept of tourism that are tourist services are investigational in the article, their economic legal aspect is distinguished, in this connection it is indicated on the row of defects in the field of the legal adjusting of tourist activity in Ukraine, marked ways to overcome them. On the basis of comparative analysis of modern doctrine approaches, taking into account foreign and home experience, authorial determination of concept tourist services is offered.
