SOME ISSUES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF INTERNATIONAL AIR TRANSPORTATION

Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of some provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine and a number of international conventions that regulate international air transportation. The author specifies the provisions on the order of concluding a treaty on international air transportation and its content, and considers the documents that confirm the fact of concluding that kind of treaty. The main rights of a passenger and their legal consolidation are defined. The article also contains some analysis of the treaty with EU about mutual aviation space.
