PROBLEM QUESTIONS OF THE LEGAL ADJUSTING OF VIOLATION OF PROCEDURE OF MILITARY ACCOUNT LIABLE FOR MILITARY SERVICE IN THE PROCESS OF MOBILIZATION

Abstract
The identified problematic issues regarding violations of procedures of military records military service in the mobi- lization process. It is proved that the fines stipulated by the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences in the field of military accounting in modern conditions is too “democratic”, as evidenced by the guidance of statistics that indicate shortage of conscripts for mobilization. Proposed to amendments to articles 210, 2113 of the Code of Ukraine on ad- ministrative offences and to article 37 of the law of Ukraine “On military duty and military service” to address problematic issues at the legislative level.
