Abstract
In the article the features of criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine and Germany, in the part implementing the principle legality when concluding agreements in criminal proceedings. Are determined what is a joint, so what an excellent in this countries when, concluding agreements in criminal proceedings. It is established positive aspects of criminal procedure in Germany, what can be introduced in the Criminal Justice Ukraine in the part when concluding agreements in criminal proceedings.
