FEATURES OF WORK PRESS-SERVICE IN PUBLIC AUTHORITIES: HISTORY AND MODERNITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the emergence and development of press services that function at state authorities. The basic functions of press-service of state bodies, principles of their activity are determined. Their features in Ukraine and foreign countries are analyzed, and conclusions are done on this issue.
