FEATURES OF EVIDENCE AND EVIDENCE SYSTEMS IN CASES OF ESTABLISHING FACTS OF LEGAL SIGNIFICANCE

Abstract
The features of evidence and evidence system in cases on the establishment of facts of legal significance are disclosed in this article. The author examines cases on the establishment of family relationships between individuals, cases of a citizen’s live in dependence, and concludes that the court by its decisions establishes not any legal facts, but only key facts, and through proofs, there is systematization of evidence.
