PROSPECTS OF ADAPTATION OF THE LAW ON ADVERTISING TO EU LAW (EXPERIENCE OF UKRAINE AND FRANCE)

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of regulation of advertising activity in Ukraine and France. On the basis of the analysis of the regulation of the EU advertising market, the principles of advertising functioning are determined, according to which the Ukrainian advertising system should be developed. The issue of regulation of advertising activity, which is designed to prevent and eliminate the negative effects of the advertising market functioning, is being explored. The experience of the EU countries on the example of France on public administration of advertising activities, which is necessary for the formation of a corresponding sustainable national system is investigated.
