COURTS AND OFFICIALS OF KIEV TRIAL CHAMBER SUPERVISION

Abstract
The basic aspects of courts and officials of the Kiev trial chamber supervision are investigated. The concept of surveil- lance is determined; the main activities of the bodies that supervise the courts and their officials are analyzed.
