THE INSTITUTIONAL BASES OF ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL REGULATING IN THE SPHERE OF AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

Abstract
The article analyzes the institutional and legal foundations of administrative-legal regulation in the sphere of agro-industrial complex (hereinafter – APC). The analysis of the main directions of development and change of institutes was carried out due to the emergence of new trends in the development of the agro-industrial complex. It is noted that in the process of institutionalization new provisions in the legislation regulating the agroindustrial complex, in particular in the Code of Administrative Offense, should arise and be established.
