PROBLEMATIC ISSUES ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROCEDURAL STATUS OF THE VICTIM IN A CRIMINAL PROCEEDING

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the provisions of the current criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine, international legal acts, materials of law enforcement practice, the results of interviewing victims of criminal offenses in the article disclosed the problematic issues of realization of the procedural status of the victim in the criminal proceedings.
