FORMS OF JUDICIAL CONTROL IN COMMERCIAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
Constitutional principles of expansion of judicial power functions are investigated. It is indicated that the control function of the court, along with the function of the implementation of justice, is a form of judicial power implementation. Taking into account legislative changes, stipulated by the implementation of judicial reform, such forms of judicial control in commercial legal proceedings as judicial control over the execution of court decisions and the general form of judicial control are analysed. The existing problems in the implementation of provisions of the updated CPC of Ukraine regarding the implementation of judicial control are indicated, and ways for overcoming them are proposed.
