PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF GROUNDS OF STOP OF LIMITATION PERIOD

Abstract
The problems, which are connected with the determination of the grounds for suspending the length of the limitation period are investigated in this article. The legislative setting of an exhaustive list of these grounds is criticized, which is not sufficient for the normal development of modern civil legal relations regarding the application of limitation period. The new grounds for suspending the limitation period are proposed in order to provide a real opportunity to realize the right of the person to be protected within the full term of limitation period.
