CURRENT STATUS FUTURE MIGRATION AND REGULATION OF LABOR RELATIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to analysis of status of labor migration from Ukraine and into it. Sources and conclusions of labor migration of Ukraine as for the state-donor and as for the state-recipient are opened. Problems and perspectives of law regulation of labor relations with international labor migrants are circulated.
