LEGAL SPACE OF THE STATE: CONSTITUTIONAL BASIS

Abstract
The article deals with the features of the category “legal space”. The author gives the thoughts of scientists involved in the study of this legal concept. By tying the category “legal space” to the constitutional law, a conclusion is drawn about the space as a constitutional category.
