PERSPECTIVES FOR DEVELOPING LEGAL REGULATION OF FINANCIAL CONTROL IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article considers the prospects of development of legal regulation of financial control and suggests ways of its improvement. It is substantiated that the systemic nature of the implementation of financial control will be ensured by the Concept of the development of a holistic system, which will form a general approach to modernization of control in Ukraine with a clear division of its external and internal. It is advisable to develop standards for all types of financial control, taking into account foreign experience and experience gained in national legislation.
