The article deals with the place of international agreements in the system of legislation in the sphere of border protec- tion of Ukraine. The subject of regulation of international agreements in the sphere of border protection of Ukraine was determined. Hierarchical structure of international agreements in the sphere of border protection according to the powers of government agencieswas analyzed.
