THE PRINCIPLE OF THE CONSTITUTION’S SUPREMACY IN THE SYSTEM OF UKRAINIAN CONSTITUTIONALISM

Abstract
The theoretical aspects of the principle of the supremacy of the Constitution in the system of national constitutionalism and the tendencies of its research by the scientific community are analyzed. It is found out that this is one of the fundamental principles of state and society construction. It is proved that despite the existing differences in the outline of perspective directions for improving the Basic Law as a normative legal act, the theoretical and legal understanding of the principle of the Constitution’s supremacy as a scientific category remains stable.
