SYSTEM OF PRELIMINARY INFORMING AND RISK MANAGEMENT AS COMPONENTS OF ACTIVITY OF MODERN CUSTOMS

Abstract
In article is investigated the state of reduction to practice of customs authorities of Ukraine of system to risk analysis and the mechanism of preliminary informing which are the integral component of work of modern customs administrations of EU countries and the world and are recommended by the World Customs Organization. The attempt to reveal current trends of improvement of activity of such structures with the purpose of standardization of the carried-out procedures with the European standards is made. The attention to need of activization of use of information technologies for procedures of customs control and customs registration is focused.
