Abstract
In the article in-legal maintenance and value of principle of „infavorem” (to favour ableness) arein vestigated in mod- ern labour relationsin Ukraine. The types of violation of labourrights for workers are analysed in the context of violation of principle of „infavorem” (to favourableness) in labour legal relationships. Investigated to thet endency of reformation of legislation about labourin part of increase of protection of labour rights for workers.
