ACTUAL QUESTIONS OF ASSIGNING FOR POSITIONS OF POLICEMEN

Abstract
The aim of writing of the scientific article is finding out of pressing questions of assigning for positions of policemen. An author accents attention on the features of order of assigning for positions of policemen in accordance with the legisla- tion of Ukraine. In the article the special attention is spared to the stages of assigning for positions of policemen.
