FEATURES OF CERTAIN PROCEEDINGS REGARDING TO A LAWYER IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS AS A GUARANTEE OF ADVOCACY

Abstract
The article is devoted to presentation peculiarities of certain proceedings relative to a lawyer in criminal proceedings. For this clarified concept of legal guarantees and their relationship to Law of Ukraine «On advocacy and advocate activity» and Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The lacks of legal regulation of advocate activity guarantees are distinguished in part of realization in relation to them of certain procedural actions in criminal proceedings.
