TERMINATION OF ECONOMIC LEGAL PERSONALITY OF JOINT STOCK COMPANIES THROUGH REORGANIZATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the investigation of the issues of termination of economic legal personality of joint stock companies by reorganization. In the article the author analyzes the legal nature of reorganization as a form of termination of economic personality, its types, forms and procedure. Particular attention is paid to the study of problems associated with the reorganization of joint-stock companies.
