ISSUES OF THE IMPOSITION OF PUNISHMENT FOR EXTORTION: ACCORDING TO THE MATERIALS OF JUDICIAL PRACTICE

Abstract
The article analyzes the legislator stipulated penalties for the offence of extortion. On the materials of judicial practice endencies of imposition of punishment for extortion are investigated. It is proposed to supplement part 1 of article 189 of the Criminal code in such a form of punishment, as a fine.
