THE REGIME OF COUNTERACTION TO CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION: THE LIMITS OF POSSIBLE ACTIONS, CONSTANCY AND PREDICTABILITY

Abstract
The article considers the regime of counteraction to criminal prosecution as the order of changing the states of a specified type of relationship in time. It is determined that the main parameters of the regime are constancy, predictability and limits of possible actions (inactions, obstacles, transmitted information) of the subjects of counteraction. Correlations between the parameters of the regime are established. The characteristics of the most acceptable from the point of view of overcoming the regime of relations of counteraction to criminal prosecution are determined.
