ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF RATIONAL USE OF THE POPULATION TERRITORY

Abstract
The article deals with the administrative and legal regulation of the rational use of the territory of the settlement. The main tasks performed due to the planning and construction of the territory are analyzed. The expediency of the legal consolidation of the concept of “rational use of the territory of the settlement” was substantiated. It is proposed to amend the current legislation.
