THE ROLE OF CRIMINOGENIC SITUATION IN THE MECHANISM OF INDIVIDUAL CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR IN THE SPHERE OF OFFICIAL ACTIVITY OF THE OFFICERS OF STATE CRIMINAL EXECUTIVE SERVICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to exposure and scientific characteristic of criminogenic situations in the mechanism of individual criminal behaviour in the sphere of official activity of the officers of State Criminal Executive Service of Ukraine. It outlines and analyses twenty types of criminogenic situations engaging four criteria: character of quasilegal activity of the officer of the service, sphere of realization of his/her official authority, source of situation formation and place of its origin. It provides characteristic and explanation of criminological significant obstructive situation for committing official malfeasance committed by the officers of State Criminal Executive Service of Ukraine.
